Each timepiece is prepared after your order is confirmed. The estimated production and delivery time is 7–14 business days, depending on the model and destination.

3. Which payment methods do you accept? +

We currently accept Korean bank transfer. Payment details will be provided after your order is confirmed.

4. Do you offer a warranty? +

Yes. Every watch includes a 2–5 year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Warranty terms may vary depending on the movement and model.

5. Can I exchange or return my order? +

If your watch arrives with a manufacturing defect, we offer a 7-day replacement after delivery. Please contact us immediately upon receiving your order.
